Overdraft Line of Credit

An overdraft line of credit may be attached to your checking account.  It protects your transactions in the event that you overdraw your checking account.  It is a convenient service to have and anyone with a checking account can apply for this service.  Funds are transferred into your checking account in increments of $25.00.  Interest is accrued only on funds that are used.  If more than $50.00 is transferred from the line of credit, minimum monthly payments of $50.00 will be required to repay the used funds.  If the amount used from the line of credit is under $50.00, then the balance of that amount becomes the minimum payment.
