Buying your own home may be one of the largest investments that you make. Before you take the leap (or, perhaps, before you take the leap again), take any chance you can to take information from unbiased sources. At Denver Community Credit Union, we work with a realtor that will tell you the basics of home shopping without asking for your business. We’ll also have a Lending Officer here to tell you about the loan. All for no charge and no obligation, but you leave with the knowledge necessary to begin your search for your future home.
Note: This class is about buying your primary home. This class is not about investment properties.
